This is THE POSSIBILITY for busy doctors to have a quick look at some interesting stuff in the BMJ,or some other medical journals, without having to read every article. You can also leave rapid responses, albeit normal and decent ones, on this site, even if you have a different meaning than the majority of doctors in your field. Because only by discussion can we learn more. Besides, very often what we now think of as the truth, will be deemed very silly in the (very near) future due to new technology and developments.
